DEAN ANDERSON, M.Eng., P.Eng.
President, Structural Engineer
Dean Anderson’s experience in structural steel connection design for steel fabricators results in economical configurations best suited for the fabricator's shop and equipment. He has experience in the design of commercial and industrial buildings, stairs, railings, joists and trusses. In addition, he has worked alongside OSHA in the development of site specific erection plans.
Dean holds both a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Alberta. He is currently completing the part time MBA program at the University of Alberta.
For hobbies, Dean enjoys all things outdoors. He has a love for cycling consistently commutes to work on bicycle in all seasons. He also competes in ultra-endurance mountain bike cycling events, often using his single speed mountain bike. Highlights include completing the 4400km Tour Divide in 2016, 1200km Arizona Trail Race in 2018 and several other back-country races and 24 hour solo mountain bike races.
ADAM COLEMAN, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Structural Engineer
Adam Coleman is a Professional Engineer that has been with Steadfast Engineering since 2016. He enjoys the varied work at Steadfast, specializing in steel connections, site specific erection plans, stairs and railings, and platform design. He has experience designing with various materials including steel, aluminum, concrete, and wood.
Adam has completed both a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree at the University of Alberta.
Adam’s hobbies include playing sports such as badminton and volleyball. In the summer he enjoys fly fishing and camping.

Keenan Duley is a Structural Engineer who joined the team at Steadfast in 2018. He has a range of experience in the field of structural engineering and always strives to find solutions that best meet the needs of the client. His experience includes the design of steel-to-steel connections, trusses, joists, stairs, and overall steel structures.
Keenan has a passion for learning and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Alberta.
In his spare time Keenan enjoys learning the guitar, jogging, skiing, and hiking.

Kristin Anderson joined Steadfast Engineering in 2011. Through a love of learning and continuing education, she has grown into her roles as bookkeeper and web designer. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta and a certificate in Digital Illustration and Comic Art from NAIT.
Kristin enjoys bike touring, graphic design, knitting, and anything Sherlock Holmes.
